What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Do credits expire?

Pay-as-you-go credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Subscription character allotments reset every billing cycle and do not roll over.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. We offer a 7-day refund window. If you haven't used your purchased credits, you can request a full refund within 7 days. If you used part of your credits, we refund the unused portion prorata.
