  • Payment information: processed by our payment processor Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers, CVV, or bank credentials.
  • Content: the text you submit to generate speech and the audio output.
  • Support communications: messages you send to us.

  • IP address, approximate location, browser type, device type, operating system.
  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, generation counts, timestamps).
  • Cookies and similar technologies for session management and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and provide the Service (generate speech, deliver audio files).
  • To create and manage your account and billing.
  • To process subscriptions and credit purchases through Stripe.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • To detect fraud, abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

  • Voice generation partners: the underlying speech synthesis providers process the text you submit solely to return the generated audio.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Submitted text and generated audio are processed transiently for service delivery and are not retained long-term for training or marketing. Billing records are retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years).

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
