This Privacy Policy describes how kumawat.site ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use kumawat.site and our Text to Speech services (the "Service").

• Payment information: processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers, CVV, or bank credentials.
• Content: the text you submit to generate speech and the audio output.
• Support communications: messages you send to us.

• IP address, approximate location, browser type, device type, operating system.
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, generation counts, timestamps).
• Cookies and similar technologies for session management and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and provide the Service (generate speech, deliver audio files).
• To create and manage your account and billing.
• To process subscriptions and credit purchases through our payment processor.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To detect fraud, abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

Submitted text and generated audio are processed transiently for service delivery and are not retained long-term for training or marketing. Billing records are retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a Privacy Choices request, email support@kumawat.site with the subject line "Privacy Choices". Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written permission.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional cookies for analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working properly.
